I really want you to be very happy with your purchase. If for any reason, within 10 days of your new pots arriving, you are not 100% happy, just let me know and I will pay for the cost of returning it and if all is okay will issue a full refund. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. I cannot refund breakages if they are not reported immediately on arrival (within 2 days).

You will be responsible upfront for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.  If you receive a refund (see above), the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund. To qualify you must send proof of the cost of the shipping with a receipt from the courier you used so that I can add this to the refund total.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Again, this will be refunded on proof of the cost of shipping.
